I was thinking this is more along the lines of Nickelodeon's Gutts. Which sucks, b/c Family Double Dare was the best game show they had, next to Legends of the Hidden Temple.

You know, I've always wondered what would've happened if one of the Hidden Temple contestants went apeshit one show, and attempted to beat up one of those monsters on the final obstacle course using the silver monkey: "Godammit, I wanted that Slash skateboard! ;_;"

And speaking of obstacle courses, let's highjack this thread talking about the Viking Obstacle Course thing they've been showing on ESPN2! That shit is fun!

Teru is awesome, Oku Hiroya should make him a guest starr on GANTZ whenever he starts drawing people in the room at random again! Maybe that shit is even going to happen this coming week! Like, on monday!

But yeah, Teru, making the rope maze on the second course seem easy and shit and then almost everyone getting eliminated at that obstacle until Nagano came in at the very end and beat the whole thing.

This shit was all from...last year. So I don't know what happened between those 2 b/c maybe ESPN2 already aired the 3rd obstacle course this week and I missed it while I was out looking up for a telemarketting job ( which I found! I start on tuesday! ).

Well, I should've known ESPN was going to air something that cool but then tell me it's incredibly dated, like whenever they hold that World's Strongest Man thing on Delfino Island. I've never watched an event from them at the exact date it's supposed to take place.

Except that frnech bike thing. But now that I think about it, that was on the Outdoor Channel.

ESPN sucks.
