help my computer is farked

i come home tyo see that its locked in 16 bit color mode at the lowest resolution and the mouse wont work unless im in swfae mode. please what the fuck am i going to do?
i dont know what to do. every time i change the resolution and color depth the computer reboots with the same godamn settings. and the m ouse only works now in safe mode! WTF is going on in this cartoon!?!

Make sure your device drivers are loading (MSCONFIG in the run dialog box, unless you're using a Mac...in which case my God have mercy upon your poor soul). But it says you're in safe mode, so I just wanted to insult the Mac users.
