Earthquake and Hugo to be in "SvC: Chaos"

Playmore has revealed additional details and characters throught Enterbrain publishing's Arcadia magazine, regarding their upcoming release- "SVC Chaos- SNK vs Capcom".

In addition to the characters already revealed through Playmore's official site (Kyo Kusanagi, Ryu, Iori Yagami, Ken Masters, Mai shiranui, Chun-li), Hugo from the Street Fighter 3 series and Earthquake from the Samurai Shodown series have been announced to be included in the game.

Playmore revealed the concept of SvC to be "SSI" - Simple(simple controls), Speedy(Speedy gameplay), and Insight(deep gameplay). The other concept of SvC is "Not a match", refering the game to not be tournament style like "Capcom vs SNK 2" or the "King Of Fighters" series. It is unknown if this part (Not a match) will have any effect to the actual gameplay.

"SVC Chaos- SNK vs Capcom" is currently under development by Playmore with partical license by Capcom. The game is scheduled for release in the summer on the MVS.

I'm torn.

On one hand, Earthquake means there's DEFINITELY no Chang in this. But on the other hand, HUGO! :supergrin

Still, I'm glad that I just woke up because that Earthquake art will give me nightmares.

That's awesome. Well, about Hugo anyway. He's my all-time favorite grappler, so this rocks. I don't care about Earthquake though. Is he supposed to be SNK's grappler in this game? :sweat He's not really even that much of a pure grappler. More of a hybrid like Alex. So I hope they put Daimon in as well. A Hugo vs. Daimon match = :spooge

Earthquake looks like the Clown from Spawn... but doesn't look any worse than he use to...

and Hugo looks strangely... insightful.

I find myself incredibly excited about this... not these characters in particular, but in the game itself. Its a huge event... almost as if Capcom VS SNK 3 had been announced, y'know?

I can't fucking wait to see the rest of the line-up announced, but what I'm really biting my nails for is to finally see Chun-Li in a SNK sprite.... or Ryu or who have you. Its gonna be a mind frag.
